The St. Louis Adult Learning & Continuing Education Centres have been delivering academic, interest and employment skills training in Waterloo region for 21 years. Currently St. Louis serves over 10,000 clients annually and over 1,000 learners daily, all ranging in age from 18 months to over 80 years old.
